Creating and completing a purchase means that you agree to the following terms.

Payments

We have the following ways of paying for your orders:

Pay on delivery

Payment upon receipt of your order to the courier. The cost for cash on delivery is € 1.90. It concerns orders and shipments only within Greece.

Credit card

Payment of your order through credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners) of any bank. Transactions are carried out through a secure Viva environment.

Bank transfer

You can pay for your order by depositing in a bank account of your choice. Our bank accounts are the following:

For your faster and better service, please use your order ID as proof of payment or call us at 210 68 90 217. Your order will not be shipped until the amount is cleared in our account.

Shipping

We have the following ways of sending / receiving your orders:

Collection from the store

You can pick up your order from our physical store at the address Ag. Georgiou 3, Chalandri, 15233

Shipments Within Greece

The orders are sent, within Greece, through a courier company that we cooperate with. Delivery time is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of your order and the cost is 3.90 €. For purchases over 60 € shipping costs are free!

Changes

Changes are made within 14 working days from the day you receive your parcel. The change is made with products of equal or greater value.

The changes are made with the “hand – hand” procedure and the shipping costs are € 3.90.
Every return is made exclusively through the company that will send you the change.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is your responsibility and charge.
The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tabs) have not been removed.

The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace these products.

Returns

Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product.
In any other case a change is made with another product or number.
